TAG: Refers to Technical Authentication & Grading, a third-party grading service responsible for the authentication and grading of cards. ParadoxTCG acts solely as an intermediary in forwarding cards to TAG and has no control over or responsibility for the grading outcomes determined by TAG.
5. Use of the Site and Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the purchasing process and provide explicit consent on your behalf.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
6. Sales, Delivery, and Return Policies
All purchases made through our site are subject to our sales, delivery, and return policies as posted on the website.
Shipping and Insurance:
Customer to ParadoxTCG: Cards shipped from the customer to ParadoxTCG are the submitter’s responsibility. You must ensure that your cards are securely packaged and that you obtain any relevant insurance coverage during the shipping process from your location to ParadoxTCG.
ParadoxTCG to TAG: ParadoxTCG takes all necessary care in packaging and insuring cards when shipping them to TAG. We ensure that all reasonable precautions are taken—including proper insurance and secure packing—to protect your cards during this stage of transit.
However, ParadoxTCG is not liable for any cards lost or damaged during transit. It is the submitter’s responsibility to secure any additional insurance if desired.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Afterpay, and PayPal.
8. User-Generated Content and Public Comments
Any public comments, reviews, or contributions posted on the site must not infringe upon any copyrights or intellectual property rights.

Return Policy
Definition:
For the purposes of this Return Policy, "TAG" refers to Technical Authentication & Grading, a third-party grading service responsible for the authentication and grading of cards, as defined in our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
ParadoxTCG operates solely as an intermediary service, forwarding your cards to TAG for grading. Accordingly, we do not offer returns or refunds for any submissions, and ParadoxTCG has no influence over TAG’s decisions.
2. No Returns or Refunds
Once your card is forwarded to TAG for grading, ParadoxTCG does not accept returns or provide refunds.
All decisions regarding the grade assigned to your card are made solely by TAG using their established systems and procedures. Any dissatisfaction with the grade must be addressed directly with TAG.
3. TAG’s Role and Liability
ParadoxTCG is strictly an intermediary and holds no responsibility for TAG’s grading outcomes or any damage incurred during the grading process.
TAG Assure: Advanced Protection:
Optional Protection Service: TAG Assure: Advanced Protection is available as an optional service for a fee of $4 per card on every order.
Coverage Details:
It covers cards in the event of loss or damage up to $250 USD per card.
For orders containing 1–20 cards, the maximum coverage provided is $1,000 USD.
For orders of 21–40 cards, the maximum coverage provided is $1,250 USD.
For orders of 41 or more cards, the maximum coverage provided is $1,500 USD.
Refunds Under TAG Assure:
If your card is damaged by TAG during the grading process and you have opted for TAG Assure, your card is safeguarded from the moment it arrives at TAG headquarters until its return.
In the event your card is rejected due to ineligibility and TAG Assure is in effect, you will receive a 100% refund for that card.
If your card is rejected without the benefit of TAG Assure, you will receive a 50% refund, which includes a recoupment fee to cover associated labor costs.
4. Grading Decisions and Dispute Process
Any dissatisfaction with the grade assigned by TAG must be addressed directly with TAG.

5. Customer Agreement
By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:
ParadoxTCG acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for TAG’s grading decisions.
No returns or refunds will be available once a card has been submitted for grading, except as specifically provided under TAG Assure: Advanced Protection.
