  • TAG uses innovative technology to grade cards, taking the subjectivity out of the process.

    The TAG slab is a completely transparent, paperless, flip with the grade and data directly inscribed onto the encasing.

    Not only does TAG Grading have unmatched turn-around times compared to competitors, they also provide you with a Digital Image & Grading (DIG) report that explains exactly why your card graded what it did. It is a completely objective and transparent process.

  • While TAG grading is slightly more expensive than competitors, the turn around time is unmatched by any other grading service, at only 2 - 30 business days for the Standard grading service. (Compared to 90 days for other competitors)

    TAG also provides a Digital Image and Grading report which represent the most comprehensive and accurate condition analysis and technological grading breakdown available. This tells you exactly why your card got the grade it did.

Submission FAQs

  • By clicking the “Submit Now” button at the top of the page and choosing which service you’d like. The Standard grading service has a range of options to choose from.

    Once you Add to Cart, you will be able to fill in a form with all your card information on it. Proceed through checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has gone through, detailing shipping information for where to send your cards.

  • Unfortunately at this time we are an exclusively Australian company.

  • We accept sports cards, trading cards, entertainment cards and many more. In English and Japanese ONLY, at this time. For further information on what TAG is grading, see the following link.

    Unfortunately Yu-Gi-Oh! is not graded at this time.

  • With the Bulk service, grading takes 30 business days.
    With the Standard service, grading takes 15 Business days.

    The Express service takes 5 business days.
    The Walkthrough Service takes 2 business days.

    This excludes the shipping times to and from TAG and back to the customer.

  • The card will be returned to you ungraded.

  • Kind of, to have your autographed card graded, you’ll need to provide video evidence showing that you personally had that exact card signed. This process can take some time, as we also need to apply for permission to grade it. Please note that PSA/DNA authentication is NOT accepted by TAG at this time.

  • Please note: TAG has temporarily suspended the Verify service. At ParadoxTCG, we are currently unsure if or when this service will resume.

  • Yes, this is a service provided by TAG, it is included with ALL services. 

Shipping FAQs

  • You will receive an email confirmation once you submit your order, detailing shipping information.

  • Shipping costs added upon checkout covers the shipment of cards to America.

    Once cards are returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange return shipping or pick-up, whichever you prefer.

    Return shipping cost and insurance are at the customer’s expense.

  • The submitter (you) will determine the declared value.

    However, we recommend using reputable sources such as PriceChart, Collectr, eBay's last sold listings, and other similar platforms to ensure accuracy.

  • Yes, this can be arranged. Please select “Pick-up” during check-out and we’ll be in touch with further information.

  • TAG Assure service is offered, however this is only from TAG back to Australia and only covers up to the value outlined in the product description.

    All shipments from ParadoxTCG to TAG will be fully insured through our shipping partner.

    Should you wish to arrange insurance and return shipping from ParadoxTCG to you, that will be at your own cost and can be arranged when we contact you once cards have returned from grading.

  • Cards should be individually packaged in a penny sleeve and inserted into a semi-rigid top loader. Up to 5 cards can then be sandwiched in between two rigid pieces of cardboard. Masking tape should be used to secure the cardboard together.

    These can then be covered in adequate packaging to ensure no damage occurs to the cards eg/ bubblewrap.

    DO NOT sellotape the toploaders closed.

  • No, TAG does not return these.

  • Yes. Return shipping will be confirmed with you once cards arrive back from TAG.
