How it works
Select your service
Choose between Grading Only with Bulk Value and Regular options, or Grade & Score with Express and Walkthrough options. Enhance your Bulk Value order with our handy Add-ons—customizing it just the way you want!
1.
Add to cart
Once you add your selected service to your cart, you will be prompted to fill in a submission form with all the card details.
Remember to select “Return Shipping” service if you want your cards shipped back to you instead of local Pick-Up.
2.
order confirmation
Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that will contain shipping information to send the cards to ParadoxTCG.
3.
Package cards
Individually package your cards in a penny sleeve and insert into a semi-rigid top loader. Up to 5 cards can then be sandwiched in between two rigid pieces of cardboard. Masking tape should be used to secure the cardboard together.
These can then be covered in adequate packaging to ensure no damage occurs to the cards eg. bubblewrap.
DO NOT sellotape the toploaders closed.

Off to TAG Grading
Cards are repackaged and readied to be sent off to TAG Grading in America.
Bulk Value and Regular orders are sent out monthly at a set cut-off date that is posted on our website.
Express and Walkthrough orders are sent off as soon as they are received by ParadoxTCG and do not wait for the bulk shipment date.
Shipping insurance is provided by our shipping partner.
Ship to ParadoxTCG
Ship your packaged cards off to the shipping address you will have received in your order confirmation email.
Shipping costs and insurance is the responsibility of the submitter (You) for this leg of the journey.
A Drop Off option is available for Perth locals, saving on shipping charge.

Graded and returned
TAG Grading will grade the cards, slab them and seal them in foil, and ship them back to ParadoxTCG.
If you select the TAG Assure: Advanced Protection as an add-on to the Bulk Value service, your cards will be insured by TAG for the return journey to Australia. If you did not select this option, your cards will be uninsured.
Express and Walkthrough services comes with card cleaning and insurance included.
7.
Cards returned to you
Cards are repackaged by ParadoxTCG and we will inform you of their arrival. If you selected the “Return Shipping” option, cards will be shipped back to you via Australia Post. Insurance options for this leg of the journey are given in the “Return Shipping” service.
If you decided to arrange Drop Off locally in Perth, we will arrange a Pick-up time with you.
